Pet spas have been popular with people who love to pamper their pets.  Sidney Sladen and Sundar Ramaswamy have teamed together to open up the first pet spa in Chennai.

Kabbs Pet Spa & Boutique in Alwarpet the first of its kind in Chennai.  Sundar who came up with the idea way back last June says, “Mumbai, New Delhi and Bangalore have exclusive spas for pets, but in Chennai only some vets do basic grooming.” After a lot of research and planning, he gave up his job with Microsoft in April 2009 and began working on the project.

Dogs can get a bath, styling, aromatherapy massages, and dye their fur. They can pick a toy if they are good.  The spa caters to cats and dogs, with the intention of adding hamsters later.
